My Hometown
I was born and bred in Tehran, which is the capital city of Iran.Tehran houses almost ten million people. Thus, it is polluted, crowded and hectic, especially during rush hour. However, it is a good place to live because it has the best of facilities for a modern life like cinemas, parks, subway and universities. It is also an old city in which palaces, museums and traditions are attractive. I live in Narmak, an area in the north-west of Tehran. The neighborhood in which I live is convenient. In other words, metro, bus stations, recreational centers and hypermarkets are close by. Yet, the hustle and bustle of a metropolis like Tehran can be really exhausting sometimes. |
