    1. a. I come from a big family of seven people: my parents, me, two brothers and two sisters. My parents are both retired. One of my brothers lives abroad and the other is still a student. Both sisters of mine are married.

    b. I belong to an old-established, loving and respectable family. Family members are always there for one another. In other words, we are supportive, no matter what.

    2. a. In my immediate family, there are five members. My father is a retiree and my mom is a housewife/homemaker. I have a younger brother who is 16 years old. Also, I have two sisters one of whom is married. The other is a student of university.

    b. In my extended family, there are around 15 people, young and old. My grandfather and two paternal aunts and three uncles live with us! Our family is still traditional in which family bonds are very strong. For us, family comes first and the elder members are both respected and revered.

    3. a. I really adore families in which the eldest members are still in charge! I say so because when I was a child and my grandfather was still alive, we had family gatherings in his spacious house almost every weekend. Nearly all my good memories belong to those days which are now bygone.

               b. To put it honestly, I like a family that respects the rights and inclinations of all members, no                       matter  they are young or old.

    My family is a nuclear one. We are only four people: my parents and my only brother, beside me. My father is a real family man in his 50s. He is the bread winner and the backbone of the family. On the other hand, my mom adds emotion and love to our small community. My brother, who is a young and ambitious man in his 20s, goes to university. Last but not least is me. I am the lucky, spoiled and little girl of the family
