Job Description (Audio)
I work in a travel agency. I am in charge of the ticket department. Ten employees work under my supervision. It is a nine-to-five job. I have two main tasks: to check the airline schedules and to monitor the work of my staff. My salary is $600 a month. The job has some bonuses too. For example, I am granted two weeks of paid vacation after each working season. Also, I may have a free return ticket to any domestic destination on monthly basis. Still, it is a demanding job, especially during summers. Since summer is the traveling season, I am forced to work overtime. Although I am paid well for extra hours I work, it is not really worth it. Too much pressure is on me and my staff. |
